Locally Known House ("Locally Known," "we," "us") is a marketing studio based in Washington State. This policy covers locallyknownhouse.com and the forms, emails and texts that come from it.
What we collect
- Things you tell us: your name, email, phone number (only if you choose to add it), brand website, platform, how you sell, your stage and industry, and anything you write to us.
- Things collected automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, general location (city or region), and how you found us. This comes from cookies and similar tools used by our website platform and analytics.
- Booking details: if you book a call, our scheduling tool collects your name, email and the time you pick.
How we use it
- To deliver your free mini Sweep or anything else you request.
- To reply to you and schedule calls.
- To send our newsletter and texts, only if you signed up for them.
- To understand how the site is used and make it better.
- To run our business, keep records and follow the law.
Texts (SMS)
If you give us your phone number and agree to texts, we may send marketing and informational texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to buy anything or get a mini Sweep. We don't share your phone number or text consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run the business, like our website host, email and SMS platforms, scheduling tool and analytics. They can only use your information to provide their service to us.
- If the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
- If the business is sold or merged, your information may move with it.
- We do not sell your personal information.

Our site uses cookies to keep it working and to understand traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work the same without them.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
