Agreeing to these terms
By using locallyknownhouse.com (the "site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms are between you and Locally Known House ("Locally Known," "we," "us").
Our services
The site describes our services, like Sweeps, Email + SMS Lifecycle and Brand Resets. Nothing on the site is an offer to do work. Paid work starts only after we both sign a proposal or agreement, and that agreement controls scope, price, timing and ownership.
The free mini Sweep
One per brand. We look only at what any shopper can see, like your popup, signup offer and Instagram bio. It's general feedback, not a full audit, and we may decline or delay a request at our discretion.
Results
Numbers, case studies and testimonials on the site come from specific brands at specific times. Every brand is different, and we can't promise you'll see the same results. Calculators and estimates on the site are examples only.
Not professional advice
Content on the site is general marketing information. It isn't legal, financial or tax advice. Talk to the right professional for those.
Our content
The site's design, copy, graphics, logos, tools and templates belong to Locally Known House or the brands that let us show their work. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Please don't copy, resell or republish our content or templates without written permission.
Client logos and work
Brand names and logos on the site belong to their owners and are shown with permission or as references to past work. Showing them doesn't mean those brands endorse anything beyond what's stated.
What you send us
If you send us information through a form, you confirm it's accurate and that you're allowed to share it. We'll handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Other sites
The site links to tools and sites we don't control, like our scheduling tool. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
Fair use of the site
Please don't misuse the site, try to break it, scrape it in bulk or use it for anything unlawful.
No warranties
The site and free resources are provided "as is." We work hard to keep things accurate, but we don't guarantee the site is error-free or always available.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Locally Known House isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or free resources. Paid work is governed by the liability terms in its signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the update.
